At first, Sabà was nothing more than a conversation at our family dinner table. What began as an idea has grown into a collection of hospitality spaces in Fort Langley, rooted in the Mediterranean philosophy of warmth, generosity, and connection.

We are a family-run business, shaped by years spent living, cooking, and gathering across cultures. Deeply influenced by our time in Italy, our spaces reflect a shared love of food, wine, and hospitality.

What began as a single café has grown into three distinct but connected spaces: Sabà Cafe, Sabà Bistro, and Sabà Pizzeria & Market. Each carries its own rhythm and personality, but all share a common purpose: creating places where people can gather, share a meal, and feel at home.

Inspired by the colours and flavours of the Mediterranean, our menus celebrate seasonality, simplicity, and abundance.
